TM Sales, Inc. is a Manufacturer's Representative of high quality plumbing and heating equipment for the Rocky Mountain region. As a service to our distributors, we offer heat loss take-offs at no charge. We also have full time trouble shooting technicians for boilers and water heaters on staff for your convenience.

TM Sales, Inc. started in January 1991 with one line and one employee covering Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, SW South Dakota, and SW Nebraska from my home in Parker, Colorado.  We now own a 20,000 square foot facility on 2 1/2 acres with an in-house training facility for our customers.  We employ 16 people, nine outside sales, four inside sales, a warehouseman, one in-house service agent, and one administration assistant.  We have field offices in Billings and Florence, Montana. The quality of people we employ, all from within the industry, is second to none. We have an ex-vice president of Distro, the top salesman for 18 years from George T. Sanders, a department head from Dahl, regional receiving manager from Builders Square, and a host of talent from either the wholesale side or the trade with a minimum of two years experience. I personally have four years in the trade from apprentice to journeyman status, four years as a branch manager for an independent wholesaler, four and one-half years with Moen faucet, on and one-half years with US Brass. I have been the president of TM Sales, Inc. since 1991.

We pay 100% of the health benefits for our employees and their dependents.  We all participate in a 401k and profit sharing plan as well as every employee being paid a proportional share of the profit every quarter. Everyone employed here holds a stake in our business. In almost 11 years we have experienced very little turnover, especially important in today's employment market.  This continuity has added immensely to the success and fine reputation we enjoy.

We have built excellent and, in many cases, personal relationships with both the large chain wholesalers and the independents, giving us a widespread base of accounts.  We put a huge emphasis on the secondary markets.  Our pull-through sales are some of the best in the country, evidenced by our growth to the top 10 if not the top 5 rep firms with all of our principal lines.
