NeoTherm is a direct vent, sealed combustion, condensing boiler with 90+% AFUE that modulates with a 5 to 1 turndown. The boiler features an ASME stainless steel heat exchanger, integral boiler pump and low NOx emissions, for a package that's easy to use, and easy on the environment. SM NeoTherm is built standard with the new LAARS Integrated Control System that puts the ignition control, temperature control and high limit in one user-friendly device that does it all. This control system has PID logic, indirect water heater control, outdoor reset, frost protection, and loads of other features. It works with othercontrols to become part of a multiple boiler sequencing control, and works with building automation systems.
State Premier Hybrid Gas: The State Hybrid Gas heater combines the best attirbutes of conventional and tankless technologies. The hybrid delivers 90% thermal efficiency.
The New State Premier Power Vent-DV Residential Gas Water Heater has a 96% thermal efficiency, 100,000 BTU input, 164 Gallon first hour deliever, 129 GPH Recovery, 22" Diameter Footprint and they are easy to install. The new EP Manifolds are comprised of a Thermoplastic which enables them to be used under conditions of high impact, heat and moisture. They are available in 2 through 8 loop configurations however a single loop is made so that they can be expanded up to 12 loops. These manifolds are made to accomidate 15.4 gallons per minute. The EP Manifolds have a vent and purge feature and they have flow meters attached which allow for fast and easy balancing.
